Shipping and ordering information
  • We offer FREE SHIPPING to Canadian customers on orders over $200.
  • SHIPPING is also FREE on auto-orders. This means that you would be receiving your ThreeLac every four or eight weeks without the need for you to order it every time. If you found our supplements beneficial you may need them for several months, so this might be the easiest way to ensure that you do not run out of the product. We have not automated this option yet so please use the attached order form. (If you cannot open the order form please update your Adobe reader for free from Adobe Reader Update.)
  • Products ship by Xpresspost or as expedited parcel. It is necessary to ship by a method that requires you to sign for your shipment, because many of our products are temperature sensitive (ThreeLac and the enzyme-containing products) and their potency can be diminished if left in the cold (by your door for example). If you wish us to ship without the requirement for signature please specify that in the order notes field above.We also ship FedEx upon request.
  • Mannatech products can also be ordered directly from Mannatech. In this case your product ships by Purolator from a distribution center in Canada. To order direct follow the steps described below.
  • U.S. and International (outside Canada) customers can receive the product faster and more economically by ordering direct from the supplier.
